Our Team
With over two decades of experience in the aviation industry, Garab played a key role in launching and managing prominent aviation company startups. Instrumental in establishing Bhutan’s first private regional airline and later served as the Head of Operations whilst starting up the country’s first state-owned helicopter company. His expertise spans operations, safety, finance, strategic planning, management and aviation with a strong passion for driving innovation in technology and business. Inspired by the visionary statements made on how technology can transform a small nation by His Majesty the King of Bhutan he is the founder of Zinc Solutions. He served in various capacities in government and private companies.

Manoj Adhikari is a Technical Advisor at Zinc Solutions, with extensive experience in various sectors of the technology industry. He served as a Technical Manager at Huawei International Pte. Ltd. from September 2014 to November 2016 and held the position of Deputy Manager, ITD, at TBANK LTD from December 2009 to August 2014. Prior to that, he worked as an A&S Engineer (Billing & CRBT) at Huawei Technologies from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, he contributed as a Senior Content Manager at BTechnophiles Consultancy between 2010 and 2014. His longest tenure was with GIC Bhutan Reinsurance Co. Ltd., where he worked from December 2016 to July 2022. With expertise spanning IT consulting, cybersecurity, computer networking, web and WordPress design, and data recovery, Manoj continues to offer innovative solutions in the ever-evolving world of technology.
